Your access to and use of this website, as well as all related websites operated by Brighter Days Solutions, LLC and India Rogers (which includes but is not limited to Stan Store, Stripe, and PayPal, among others) (collectively the “Site”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) and all applicable laws. By accessing and browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms of Use and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and the Site are superseded and of no force or effect.
You agree that the Site itself, as well as all content, videos, training materials, products, services, and/or other materials, made available on the Site by us or other third parties, as well as the look and feel of all of the foregoing (collectively referred to as the “Content”) are maintained for your personal use and information by Brighter Days Solutions, LLC (“Company”) and are the property of the Company and/or its third-party providers.
Product & Service Purchase Terms
Digital Products (E-books, Templates, Guides, Courses, etc.)
All digital product purchases made through Brighter Days Solutions, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to the instant and irrevocable access granted upon purchase, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
By completing your purchase, you agree that:
- You waive any and all rights to dispute, chargeback, or request a refund for the digital product.
- Your satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the content does not alter this policy.
- The content is delivered “as-is” for informational and educational purposes only.
Services (Consultations, Coaching, Subscriptions, Programs)
All service purchases (including but not limited to 1:1 coaching, consultations, and subscription access to community or resource platforms) are non-refundable once booked or delivered.
- Consultations/Coaching Sessions: If you book a session, you must complete all required onboarding steps (such as submitting documents or enrolling in monitoring software, when applicable). Failure to do so may result in cancellation without refund.
- Subscriptions: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. No refunds will be given for partial periods of use.
- Payment Plans: If you select a payment plan, you are legally responsible for completing all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access and collection activity.
Missed Appointment Policy
- Clients must provide at least 6 hours’ notice to reschedule a paid session without forfeiting payment.
- No-shows for consultations or coaching sessions are non-refundable.
- Free consultations cannot be rescheduled if missed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule, email: booking@brighterdayssolutions.com. Emergency situations may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed.
Copyright Protection and Permissions
All content provided by Brighter Days Solutions, LLC is protected under copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, resell, republish, upload, or distribute any content without written permission.
- Modify, distribute, or transmit content for public or commercial purposes.
Data & Security
The Company uses commercially reasonable efforts to safeguard customer data. However, no system is impenetrable. You acknowledge that use of the Site is at your own risk.
Privacy Notice: Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of processing payments, delivering products and services, and customer support. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as necessary to process payments (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
Disclaimer of Warranties

Brighter Days Solutions, LLC does not make guarantees or warranties that:
- You will achieve specific credit results, financial outcomes, or business success.
- Any content will meet your expectations or be error-free.
Results vary by individual effort, financial circumstances, and external factors outside of the Company’s control.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brighter Days Solutions, LLC, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your use of products or services.
- Your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without giving effect to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts located in Maryland for any disputes.
