You will receive your customized educational plan and templates within 3 business days of your completed educational session date. You will receive them via email, and all templates will be in PDF form. Please double-check that your email address is correct.

Absolutely! If you find yourself in need of additional educational sessions, simply purchase the service again.

If you have any questions after your educational session about the templates, the process, or any correspondence you receive during the disputing process, you can join our Brighter Days Community Group at https://brighterdayscommunity.teachable.com/p/bright-days-community-group-membership.

In the group, we help you understand correspondence, guide you on where to send or file educational dispute templates, and address any concerns you may have as you continue your credit journey.

Satisfaction Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your Credit Snapshot & Action Plan Educational Session, you have 24 hours from the time of your meeting to notify us by emailing Indy at irogers.brighterdays@gmail.com.

Once we receive your email, you will be offered the following options:

  1.  Follow-Up Meeting: If your educational needs were not addressed during the initial educational session, we will schedule a follow-up meeting to ensure your concerns are fully addressed.
  2.  Partial Refund Policy: If your educational needs have not been fully addressed, and after we have completed a follow-up meeting to resolve any concerns, we will offer a partial refund of 50%. This ensures that you receive the support and guidance you need throughout the process.

Please note:

  • The request must be addressed before the educational dispute templates are emailed to you.
  • Once the educational dispute templates are sent or after the 24-hour notification period has passed, the refund and follow-up appointment offer will be void.
